And today we are rewinding back to June 13, 2017, about five years ago. This was originally

episode 2022, Aquaculture for Sustainable Protein Production. I picked this one for a variety of

reasons. One, it's completely different than anything else I'm playing in the Rewind week, and I

when I do rewind, sometimes I go with a theme like skill set development or entrepreneurship,

and sometimes I go with variety. This time I chose variety. This is way different than any other

episode you're going to hear this week. Also, I'm going to be talking at Ann Arcopoco on Thursday.

That's tomorrow for you guys here in this now about sustainable protein production in your backyard,

and not just protein, vegetables as well, but high nutrient food production, and what can be done

on small properties and then, you know, expanded large properties if that's your desire.

And one of the key things I'm going to focus on is Aquaculture. I want to let you guys know,

I can't simultaneously stream my presentation because I can't risk choking the bandwidth at all,

or I just would stream it on my channel and on the Ann Arcopoco stream, which they're cool with,

by the way. They're like, we're an artist. We're not going to tell you you can't, you know,

repackage and reseign your own content. You do what you want with it. I'd like to do that, but I

can't. I'm going to try to figure out some way that you all this week will be able to view my

presentation though. We have to film it and edit it and upload it. It's only one video, and we don't

really have to edit it. We just have to convert it from something off the camera. So if we're able
