Summary

Mindfulness practices teaches us to relate to the discomforts of life in a dramatically new way. Conventionally, all we want to do as biological organisms is to get comfortable and stay comfortable. You're in for a treat. And you're in for a treat because you're a human being and you're alive.

1:34.6

And to practice mindfulness, to practice the Dharma, to realize the nature of the self is just an unspeakable wonder.

1:46.7
