Kirk shares the news about being the first county in the state to remove the public health emergency allowing citizens to finally get back to work and back to life. 0:43.6	inability for people to get back to work and for kids to get back to school.

0:50.5	interviewed on the vaccine conversation.

1:02.2	messaged Kirk and said, hey, I have this other podcast that talks about social and political
1:05.8	issues and the evidence-based unpopular opinion, which he was one of the first people to kind of come
1:12.3	out with that a couple months ago, which is why we interviewed him in the first place.
1:16.0	He was one of the ones pushing to get the county back to work.
1:20.5	And he is, like I said, the Board of Supervisors in Placer County which is just the
1:24.0	northern border of Sacramento near not too far from the capital and just recently you have
1:30.0	some even crazier news which everybody's paying attention to and I wasn't surprised it was you because
1:36.0	to be the first one to do it because you've been giving that pushback. So if you can walk everybody
1:41.9	kind of through what just happened.
