nurse practitioner and a medical surgical intensive care unit in

Utah. She's the host also of a podcast called Walking Home from the ICU. And in that podcast,

So she covers a lot of really great stuff there and we got in touch and I think it'll be really interesting to talk both about early mobility and early emulation in general and then hear from Cali about some of what she's learned from doing interviews with patients who have actually

lived this and can talk about their own experiences.

I grew up in Spokane, Washington,

but I ended up in Salt Lake City, Utah
