I mean, it's an intellectual concept,

I have a higher self, but you have no,

it doesn't mean anything to

personally it has to mean something to you personally and usually when you were a

child somehow or even when you were older you have moments where you you did actually bear down and work on something. You did actually overcome your weaknesses. You got

tired of lying around the house. You felt unsatisfied by playing games all day. You read a book and suddenly

you were stimulated and it excited you. You have to be able to look back on those moments where that higher self came out.
