Hello.

Just in general.

Well, if that many people feel nervous at a table, we can actually utilize that nervous

energy and be like, well, if everybody's nervous and they don't need to be nervous because

everyone feels the same way, you know?

Like, and as a kid, I was so shy, still to this day.

I taught over 10,000 classes easy.

I'm literally about to walk out on stage today at Summit.

I've taught at Summit for, I don't even know how many years.

I'm literally bent over like this.

I can't move.

I feel like I'm on a starting line of track, like when I used to run track.

And that nervousness, like, completely takes over me.

But just to share, you know, we went to Europe and we came back and we were like little frazzled

and I had this like imbalance in my mind and like my energy. Usually it like flows pretty good,

but I felt like there was this weird, like I just had this like imbalance. And so yesterday,
