But before we get started, I have to warn you all today that this episode is going to be a graphic one.

It's one that involves talk about domestic violence and horrific crimes.

But it's a story that needs to be told because it comes from a voice that is not

often heard so without any further ado John are you ready to hear something

Of course.

Police say the suspect, 31 year old Jeffrey Dahmer has confessed to the killings of 11 people whose remains were found in his apartment.

We are all evil in some form or nothing.

Are we not?

Our case today begins in the town of Crow Agency, Montana, which is located in the northern

part of the Crow Native American Reservation.

The Reservation is the largest of the seven reservations in the state of Montana

and the fifth largest reservation in the country.

The reservation's borders were laid out in the second treaty of Fort Laramie in 1868.

The provisions listed the land that the Crow were restricted to, but gave them permission

to hunt and fish in certain areas outside of the reservation.

In return, the Crow had to promise to give the United States government any Native

American who was accused of wrongdoing against an American citizen, so they could be tried by American courts. In this agreement

the Crow had to seed a large portion of its land to the United States government.
