they're used to on the west coast all the time which is so true that we know nothing of the earthquake world so like what we dealt with was like nothing compared to other places like yes there was some serious stuff that happened like what I mean breaks or like some apartment complexes had some issues and stuff but now we understand you west coast people it's true I mean

and also let's be fair the west coast has has had decades to build infrastructure

to help the situation where we have never had to do that.

So, you know, I mean it's different.

That's almost like saying, you know, in Arizona, you know, they know how to deal with snowstorms.
