Funny enough, I haven't lost 17 last thing this week. I have however run my second 60 mile week in a row.

Well you probably haven't come far off there. That's a pretty big week.

60 miles a week. Check you out. I think I was on about a third of that mmm

two 50s two 60s that's four weeks down of my single op training eight the twenty two weeks of training four

weeks down 18 to go 220 miles so far. So yeah.
