I'm glad you're here for another episode, and we have a poem submission this week on

Grateful for Sierra X, and Sierra's poem is entitled Love and Abuse.

I know that you are hurt, but you can't bleed on me anymore.

I won't let you hurt me.

I didn't know my worth before.

I didn't feel loved or cared for.

I didn't know it was abuse.

You never said I love you.

I know you're hurt, that's no excuse.

I made a prayer in my healing began, like a kitten I was playful and unaware.

But I was curious and I began to see that the life I was living wasn't fair.

We killed the cat, overwhelmed and scared.
