Yes, I know.

I faked everyone out in the last episode by saying that Rousseau's testimony and Ed O'Donnell's testimony would be forthcoming,

and I just decided to skip it.

There has been so much detail on Rousseau already, including what I provided in the last episode,

so much so that I myself fill the fatigue setting in on the topic.

So let's for now turn to some other topics.

Overall, I've got a handful of stories left that specifically relate to the Garrison

investigation and that I want to address before we leave this sub-series. And we're going to do that

over the next several episodes.

The great thing about the Garrison investigation is that it reinvigorated a serious

pursuit of witnesses that were just in the shadows, just far enough away that it was easy

for the Warren Commission to ignore them, or in many cases, just simply sidestep them

in their entirety. Many of these key witnesses were not even interviewed by the Warren Commission.

You know, I heard someone say the other day that the Garrison investigation shook the tree

and it shook things loose. And you know,

I think that's a great analogy. Anyway, the point is that we will be finished with the garrison

investigation soon enough. But it's a great jumping off point to get into all these other

tentacles and estuaries of the lake, so to speak, characters like Richard Case Nagle and others,
