if memory serves.

My voice sounds a little different than normal

because I am coming to you from the palatial multi-million dollar

facility that's known as Cairo Radio.

Here's what happened today.

They called at the last minute and they asked if I could give them all four,

which to those of you that know the Seattle Radio scene means

fill in on the Ron and Don show.

So I'm about to go do that actually.

I guess we'll find out how many hours of inappropriate 911 tapes we need to play

to get through the afternoon.

But in the meantime, we wanted to play you a TBTL that seemed somewhat relevant

to the news of the day.

And the news in our world is that R.A. Montgomery has passed away,

which is a very sad thing because he was the guy behind the choose your own adventure

books, which if you're my age and Andrew's age, which is to say late 30s,

choose your own adventure was a huge part of our childhood reading experience.

So we're going to play you a, well, it's a literary show sort of.
