My name is Lauren. I produce guided meditations for sleep, meditations to reduce anxiety, and meditations to promote happiness. I am an Australian single mother of four amazing children. I have energetic twins and two beautiful spiritual, caring girls. In most ways, I feel blessed. But it was not always that way. In 2010 when my marriage ended my life changed in so many ways. At times I felt that I could not go on. I felt sad; I could not sleep and was anxious and lost. I knew that something about the way I saw my world had to change. I learned how to feel happy every day. I learned how to sleep, and I learned how to reduce my anxiety. I stopped allowing others to define my sense of self. I took back my power. I then devoted myself to helping others achieve peace, learn to sleep, and how to feel happy every day.

Do you ever feel lost? Do you ever feel stress, anxiety, or struggle to sleep? I know that I did. After years of feeling loss, experiencing stress, anxiety and struggling at times to sleep I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to help others feel relaxed happy and learn how to sleep.

I am a writer, life coach, and meditation teacher. I make guided meditations, meditations, and resources to help with sleep, reduce stress, aid study and promote well-being. I hold an Honours degree in Anthropology and a Masters in Counselling from Monash University, Australia, and have worked as a personal trainer, life coach, speaker, and Guided meditation teacher for many years. I present a podcast called 'Being Well with Lauren, ' and I have a virtual wellness centre where you can download meditations and resources for happiness, guided meditation, stress reduction, and well-being. In my book Daily Rituals for Happiness, I candidly share my personal experience of loss, childhood bullying, relationship challenges, and the many ups and downs of being a single mum. I try to offer hope, support and practical advice to readers. I love what I do and feel like you as my viewer or listener are my friend.

About my book Daily Rituals for Happiness
Written by Lauren Ostrowski Fenton, Daily Rituals for Happiness is a user-friendly guidebook that teaches readers a step- by-step technique for experiencing happiness every single day. Through insightful exercises in each chapter, readers are encouraged to develop self-awareness and create their rituals, with an emphasis on feeling sensations of comfort, experiencing meaningful engagement, and embracing the rewards which come with planning and achieving realistic goals. The book provides support and encouragement for those who feel lost, lack motivation, and are searching for a straightforward and sustainable method to feel happy every day. Interwoven throughout is the beautiful story of the special relationship between Lauren and her father, Leonard Sergiusz Ostrowski, a Polish World War II survivor who emigrated to Australia, bringing with him his recipe for family, resilience, celebration and being happy.

1:12.3

have an exciting excuse for you. I guess I do have the

1:15.0

excuse that my house has flooded twice. Twice is a little bit dramatic. Last

1:20.8

November the downstairs flooded significantly with a lot of damage and in the last 10 days a lot of the kitchen repairs have been done and the tap leaked so it flooded the kitchen again and that was not significant but just kind of funny.

three locations and we've got to move out again in June. And I need to replace some of my floor so I don't live in Syria so it's not completely

2:31.0

I can't even use that comparison. It's such an awful comparison, isn't it? I have so much that's positive in my life.
