friends and neighbors, and welcome to walk in the floor.

This is Chris Shiffifflett leading the charge from my hotel room

in Seattle on this beautiful sunny day which is kind of a rarity in these parts.

I've got a very special show for you today. A special

special show that's near and dear to my heart because today I'm going to be

talking to one of my favorite bass players in the whole world, Mr. Sammy Yaffa, who over the years has played with

Hanoi Rocks, Jet Boy, Madhuana, Joan Jet, the New York Dolls, and many, many more, and currently plays with the

Michael Monroe Band.

But first, before we get to that that let's get to this.

Don't forget to come out to see the dead peasants up in Santa Barbara.

This coming Thursday June 5th at the Soho with our good buddies the Dead Winter Carpenters. I think the show starts at nine.

And then Sunday we're going to be down in Silver Lake for an early show on June 8th at the Grand Old Echo where I think we go on at like

seven so that's what's happening this coming week in Dead Peasants Land.
