First of all, why is it such a special episode?

It just occurred to me that you start every episode with and, as if it's like the continuation

of the last episode, maybe?

Yeah, this is, we have our first official audience members.

We've had, like, some drunks walk over to our table wondering why there are people.

Yeah, well, that too.

But wondering why there are guys with microphones in a bar.

But this time we have our first non-drunks, I'm going to say.

They could be drunk.

But we have Joe and kate here and we'll

protect their identities because they may be embarrassed to be associated with us by the end of the

podcast joe and kate the random internet people right and it's joe's birthday or it was your birthday

yesterday and uh this is this big birthday present which is kind of cool. Terribly sad. I think. Yeah, well, Kate contact me, and she was like, yeah, would you guys, you know, for his birthday, I thought this would be a good idea. And my first response is, oh, no, he's going to hate that. Because I'm just going from experience. No one has ever hung out with me and gone. Next year for my birthday, I'm going to probably ask you to hang out again.
