Joe "Big House" Kenn is the first person ever to be voted the National Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year in both college football and the NFL. "Big House" coached at the University of Louisville with Eric from 2008-2009 and is now the current Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Carolina Panthers.
