If you've been listening to this podcast for a while, you have likely heard from some of her

teammates at Northern Arizona Elite. I've talked to her coach a couple times, Scott Fobble,

Kellyn Taylor, Steph Bruce, and Alphine's been on my list for quite some time. She was taking the

running world by storm not too long ago when she was winning all kinds of national titles. She won

the 20k national title, the 5k national title, and she was just killing it. I'm so excited to see

what her future holds in the half marathon distance. She holds a half marathon PR of 69, 49,

a marathon PR of 233, 18, a 5k PR of 15 minutes and 18 seconds, a 10k PR of 31, 54,

and she's definitely one of the names to look out for in the Olympic trials this coming winter. So in
