welcome back we hope you well hope we're doing all right I am going to start off by

apologizing I'm still not 100% you may remember last week I was absolutely full of

it the the mucus is cleared but the sinuses. I feel like my head has been

underwater for about a week. I cannot hear anything. Honest I went out on Saturday because Lily had a rugby social and everything someone's

Especially those big jugs. You know when you come off an airplane and your ears are

blocked like that's how I felt for a week.

I've been yawning, I've been swallowing,

you know, all I've been googling everything to try and clear my ears.

I had that ear infection at the hospital three times.

I had to actually get it suctioned. I don't know if I have to expect it. I got it suctioned at the hospital.

And it was one of the grimest things because it was basically like a tiny little Hoover that was right in my air and it was sucking and it was like

and then I could see this like tube filling up with just absolute gunk. But then sometimes, you know like when a hoover gets stuck on like a mat, it was like sucking on my ear drum, it felt like whatever brain I've got was about to get sucked out.

But how are you Adam?

How's the recovery going?

Yeah, I'm slowly but surely getting there I hope.
