Hey, delighted to have you today. We've had about 160 episodes that we've taped over the course

of the last three years with the on leadership podcast for Franklin Covey. Now the world's largest

distributed subscribe to leadership podcast globally. Of those 160 interviews, three of them

have been dedicated to what you might call personal finance. Jean Chatsky, a mutual friend of both

of ours, was our first guest on that topic. About six months ago we hosted the an amazing voice

and personality expert Chris Hogan. He was the second in our series and today you are the third

because this is a topic that is near and dear to everyone's heart including those leaders

inside organizations because we know when your team members, when your colleagues are stressed

and their personal life they bring that stress to their professional lives and we all don't want

to pay their bills for them but we do want to make sure that they have knowledge and information

and practices to make sure that they have balance in their personal and professional life and
