Today we're listening to episode 161 and I have Scott Fobble and Ben Rosario on the

show today.

They have both been on the show in the past and you need to make sure you go back and

Ben was episode 140 and Scott was episode 146.

Now Ben Rosario is the coach for Northern Arizona elite and you'll hear all about that

in his episode.

Fobble runs for Northern Arizona elite and he recently placed seventh at the New York

City Marathon.

He has a marathon PR of 212 28 and it was really cool because I got to talk to Scott

before the New York City marathon.

We learned all about his training and his history leading up to where he is now and then

I got to see him finish seventh place at the New York City Marathon.

So Scott and Ben as many of you maybe already know have written a book together and it's

really cool.

I'm actually looking at the book right now.

It's called Inside a Marathon and all access passed to a top 10 finish at New York City

by Scott Fobble and Ben Rosario.

But the cool thing about this book guys is that they didn't do all of this and then say
