It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And you guys, I am pumped about this episode today.

It's actually kind of an impromptu podcast recording that actually was from a IGTV that I did on my Melanie Mitro

Instagram account. And it was really inspired by a book that I'm reading. The author is

Jay Shetty. And the book is Think Like a Monk. Train Your Mind for Peace and Purpose every day.

I have been talking about this book on every one of my

platforms in all of my emails with my direct sales business, with my chic mentorship

clients. I can't just say enough good things about what this book is doing for me personally.

You know, one of the things that I've learned over the course

of nine years of building my direct sales business is that, you know, at first, I was like

hustling for, you know, for the recognition. I really, really love my name, you know,

up on the screen, whether it's at a live event or on a team call.

But I really like that recognition.

It makes me feel like I'm doing something good.
