Hey everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Hey, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the women-inspiring women.

And it is time for another episode.

And I, you could probably hear it in my voice.

I'm a little bit hoarse.

My throat is really dry and kind of scratchy.

And it is not because I'm sick.

It is because I have spent the entire weekend belly laughing so hard that I've given

myself like my muscles a good workout in my abs.

I've, you know, gone hoarse from laughing and singing and just having a wonderful,

wonderful time. And this past weekend,

I hosted 12 of my top leaders at my home here in Western PA for our leadership retreat.

And this is something that I have done since I launched my business back in 2011.

I have hosted events for my team at various different ranks to not only bring us together

in community, but to provide some training, but a way to really connect.
