Summary
The Democrats barely eeked through a COVID bill on reconciliation. If they couldn't get bipartisan support on that, it doesn't seem likely they'll get it for much else. Some Democrats want to kill the filibuster making their slim majority a pathway to complete their agenda. But there is a voice in the distance warning of the consequences, one who has proven prophetic once before on this subject...
Don't call it a crisis but Joe Biden has a problem at the border. A convention center-sized problem and growing. Unaccompanied minors are arriving across the US southern border in increased numbers in 2021. So far the White House is downplaying it, but how long can that last?
