Summary

For the first time ever, we're having a guest back on to give us an update about their evolution, and the hot takes are FLYING! A lot has changed since Daisy Eagan (Episode 5) was on the pod during this *exact* same week in 2018: for one thing, Daisy still identifies as queer, but she's recently embraced the term "non-binary female." She's also become a doula, and her relationship status is...unexpectedly different. Daisy brings us up to speed, as we tackle some hot-button issues within the community!

a guest who has now evolved in their journey. So we are here with Daisy Egan again. Hi, Daisy.

0:51.3

So Daisy was episode five back when we literally recorded in Nicole's closet, and it was like 8 million degrees.

1:00.9

It was very hot. Yeah, yeah. And we're, yeah. Apologies still for that. And the cool thing is we're recording, it's like exactly three years later, because we released your episode in July, but we recorded at end of May or beginning of June.

1:16.6

So this is a three year update, but basically, Daisy has had some exciting life slash identity changes that we were like, we need to, we got to get updated. We can't just,

1:30.9

you know, constantly talk about how people evolve and change and then be like, go figure it out

1:35.2

on your own. We're not going to tell you which of our guests have evolved and changed.

1:40.3

Yeah, at that and I feel like, Daisy was, I think it was your idea even.

1:45.5

And we were like, yes, because when you and I ran into each other at physical therapy, we were talking about it.

1:51.6

We have the same physical therapist.

1:53.9

That is the most L.A. sentence. I love it. Very much.

1:58.4

Now, for those who perhaps have joined us, you know, later as a podcast, first of all, I will say I relisten to Daisy's original three years old episode right before we recorded this. I was a little worried. I was like, is this going to be cringy?
