But we've had to postpone like three tapings because I got like the flu slash the

that I'm so glad I'm there for.

So the topic of this week's show is sandwiches and I guess we should call it like favorite sandwiches because we've talked

about some sandwiches before we did grilled cheese we did bond me but this one so this was
