0:45.4	sweet friend, Kristen Kiel. Hi Kristen. Hey, I'm so happy to be here celebrating this
0:51.2	bookline with you. I know. I really miss doing our podcast together and I think a lot
0:56.3	of other people miss us being together but we're both gone to far corners of the world
1:01.7	and doing interesting things with our family and we'll probably come back together, round
1:06.2	up together and do this again. We will. It is. It's been a crazy season. And you know
1:11.8	though you're one of my favorite parents when I watch you with your parents. Thank you.

1:22.8	I can so see your impact on your children. So I thought it would be fun to include you
1:27.4	today in our book launch. So first of all though I want you to tell everybody just what
1:35.3	you're doing about your book and so they can just catch up on you just for a couple of
1:40.2	minutes. Sure. So I am speaking of parenting kind of thick in the
1:48.3	the waters that are brand new to us of launching our firstborn into college. So she is
1:55.1	choosing a school currently and revisiting lots of places in the time that we're recording
2:00.2	this and that's a little bit crazy and new and so I have five kids for people who don't
2:05.8	know me. My oldest is 17 and then I have 14 12 10 and one. So we're all over the place
2:13.5	and I live in the Pacific Northwest after about seven years of living in New York City. And
