You know, I'm trying to remember exactly how we got connected. I think what happened is back

when I kind of started following a high fat low carb diet I started

looking at a lot of different stuff including um I'm trying to remember what what organization it was

might have been mark sisson was talking a lot about bone broth and kind of like all the ins and outs

of what like how how awesome it is to kind of just you know use

the whole animal so to speak and make your own bone broth so I started just making it myself especially

in the summer when it was hot and I was my sweat rate was a lot higher and I mean I would take like a slow

cooker and I'd throw in like you, scraps of bones and chicken carcasses

and things like that and just slow cook it overnight and make my own.

And you guys were the first organ or the first, I guess, bone broth company that I got connected

with that actually seemed to be doing it the same way I was, but making it quite a bit easier

than waiting 12 hours and having this little cooker run all day long. So I was sold pretty
