Summary

While we weren’t able to record our live talk at the Thompson Center Conference this year, it did give us time to think about the ethical responsibility of BCBAs to include instruction and support in improving the cultural responsiveness of our supervisees. I mean, how else can we expect the next generations of behavior analysts to improve their ability to take culture into account during assessment, treatment, and rapport building activities?

So I thought, why don't we pick a topic that is just so easy. There's no way, there's no way we can mess

1:00.2

it up, even after, you know, a week or more off from recording. What do you say?

1:04.7

I love that idea. I like easy. Okay. So I was thinking, okay, I was like, what's easy?

1:09.5

What's easy? I was like training, training other people,

1:11.6

training other professionals. That's, you know, that can be pretty easy. We talk about that a lot in

1:15.1

the show. Okay, so training. Training's good, right? Yep. Okay. Then I thought, what else is easy? And I thought

1:20.6

ethics, ethics, always easy, always a simple answer. You know, it's usually right in front of your face. If you know the code, it's slam dunk, right?
