Christopher Case (also sometimes spelled in news media as “Christopher Chase”) was just an ordinary man in his 30s when an unlucky business trip changed the course of his life forever. While on this trip, a chance meeting with a mysterious woman in a bar resulted in a possible witch’s curse. From that moment on, Christopher was tormented by shadow people, demons, and ghosts who invaded his home and made his life a living hell. Friends watched helplessly as Christopher’s mental and physical health declined and his paranoia increased. At the end of the story, Christopher would be found dead in a dry bathtub surrounded by candles and salt. Was he really cursed? And if so, did the curse contribute to his death?
