Welcome to Courtside, everyone, where we discuss the post-election litigation brought by Donald Trump.

It's day 19 after the election. I always tell you every time that things are going badly for Trump, that he's suffered terrible setbacks, etc.

But today has to be the worst of all of them. His litigation count now stands at two wins out of 36.

And the two are totally irrelevant. And that last loss,

that 36 cases we'll talk about, is massive. Before doing that, I just want to light a candle for

his lawyer, Sidney Powell, who was part of his elite strike force and was giving a press conference

with Rudy on Thursday under the Trump Pence banner.

Today we now learned, quote,

Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own.

She is not a member of the Trump legal team.

That's tragic.

Since she brought us such gems as the Dominion voting machine scandal, which she says

Hugo Chavez perpetrated from Venezuela, even though he died in 2013. Now, of course, the Dominion

thing has been totally debunked, including by Trump's own official Chris Krebs, as we've talked about

before. So for that, telling the truth, Krebs got fired. So Chris Krebs and Sidney Powell are now both

fired, even though one has their integrity intact. The other big thing, this is huge. Remember that

Pennsylvania case we talked about, the one on Thursday that Giuliani argued or spewed or

whatever the right verb is? Well, a federal judge last night decided it,

and it was the biggest judicial smackdown I think I've ever seen. And I mean ever, and I've

seen a lot of cases. This is coming from a mild-mannered federal judge, a guy who before joining the

bench was a prominent GOP, Republican official in Pennsylvania, member of the Federalist

Society, etc. The decision is 37 pages long and it has barbed insights and insults it
