Welcome everyone to Courtside, where we discuss the post-election litigation brought by Donald Trump.

0:06.0

It's day 18 after the election.

0:08.0

The election was called two weeks ago. Today, you might remember, Joe Biden gave a speech.

0:13.0

Everyone on the planet Earth recognizes that Donald Trump has lost, but that leaves Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump, and evidently many Republicans

0:23.3

not on the planet. Sorry, I missed you yesterday, but I had to pretend for a moment I had a life,

0:28.7

but we're back in action today. And the momentum is really shifting against Trump, even in the

No court has delayed the certification of results for even a single minute.

1:26.6

Now, Trump also suffered an embarrassing event

1:30.0

with respect to Michigan. Now, recall, this is the guy who tried to fly out the Michigan

1:35.0

legislators pressuring them to throw out the popular vote and appoint the own slate of electors.

1:40.7

So he flew to Washington, two of these folks, the head of the Michigan Senate and the

1:48.7

Michigan House, both of whom were Republican, and it didn't work, despite all the Oval Office treatment

1:54.7

and the like. They left and they issued a statement saying they, quote, had not been made aware
