a couple of minutes about the telephone I had this experience last night with my

husband he had booked a ticket on Amtrak. We were in Philadelphia

for my uncle's 85th birthday party and he was going to come back on the train

and I was going to spend a little bit of additional time with my mom.

But after he booked the ticket, shortly after he booked the ticket, we realized that plan just

wasn't going to work at all and we were both going to get in the car together and drive home.

And when we looked at the language on the website of Amtrak, it was very clear immediately that he was within the window for no more refunds.

Essentially it said within 24 hours if you had booked your ticket you could not get a refund.

But he had booked it about three minutes ago and so he's fretting online and I said, give me the phone.
