Hey folks, this has been Greenfield coming to you at about 2.30am from the Seattle airport.

I just came in from the Hawaii 70.3 triathlon and happened to miss my flight back home to Spokane.

So as I lay here on the hard floor of the airport trying to get a little bit of a shut-eye,
