I'm still not at home and I'm missing my girls I can't believe it. I am still

touring the UK. The car just rocked up 2,000 miles. That doesn't include all the driving out at Northern

then back down again. So yeah, I am a busy busy busy boy I'm in twicking them at the moment at

park run HQ I'm absolutely loving meeting everyone I met all the South

London teams last night I met the Reading and that area teams the like before. So it's been

great, really great, but I'm unbelievably missing my girls.

And tired when you're away from home for a long time. Your routine changes,'t it and I know what you're like.

I do like my routines. I was also this weekend I was taking part in a philosophy of running

conference at the Humanities Research Institute at the University of Sheffield get me out.
