Trying to stay busy, trying to be positive, and it's going. How are you?

It's also going. You know, I'm just going to be 100% honest from the very beginning because I don't know how to do this but I was going to try to make this episode like fun fun fun because I know everybody's going through a lot right now.

But I just got a phone call from one of my best friends

Thomas who lives in New York and so I just want to just talk honestly about what I'm feeling and about what's happening because I think

that's just the best way to spread actual information and actually affect and help people.

So, yeah, I just got off the phone with him and he has COVID-19, the novel coronavirus.

He is in New York and I asked him if I could share this with everybody and he said yes because like a lot of people have been saying this is affecting people at a very rapid rate and

eventually everybody will know somebody that's been affected by it so

now you all know all Latinos who lunch listeners so please if you're not

taking it seriously this is this is your message right so yeah this is real

so Thomas This is real. This is real. So Thomas is a very healthy person and he has actually been

quarantined, like self-quarantined or self-isulating for over two weeks now.

He did go to the store one time,

but also his partner, she had to go to work much like a lot of us we have to go to work we can't stop working right and a lot of people at her work were also
