I'm your host Lindsay, thank you so much for being here today.

Hey, I want to tell you guys I'm headed back to the Donna Marathon in February this coming

year.

It's the very 10th 2019.

The Donna Marathon starts and finishes in the heart of Neptune Beach and it is just

a beautiful race.

And the race benefits the Donna Foundation, which does intense breast cancer research.

Something I am very passionate about and I'm excited to announce that I'm going to be doing

some fundraising for them this year.

Last year I was able to go to the Mayo Clinic and hear all about the great work that they're

doing.

Some of you might know that I have the Bracatou gene mutation.

So I elected to have a prophylactic double mastectomy myself just five years ago and so this

is a cause that is near and dear to my own heart and I'm really excited to get behind

their mission and support it.

If you want to come run the Donna Marathon with me, I'm going to be doing the half just

so you guys know.
