1:11.5	And it sounds like the Justice Department kind of knows that it's a hot mess, and they're
1:17.4	sort of scrambling to fix some stuff.
1:21.0	But maybe we should just do a recap on what is going on.

1:25.0	So, I mean, first of all, I think if folks will remember that James Comey was
1:31.9	indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia for making false statements to Congress. And you may
1:38.9	wonder, why is he indicted in Virginia if he was testifying before Congress? And that's because these statements were made during COVID, and he was making them via Zoom.
1:49.4	It was in response to some rather ambiguous questions that were being asked by Senator Ted Cruz.
1:57.6	And there was all sorts of reporting that the U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia
2:04.4	and others in that office did not think there was enough evidence to prosecute and there were
