Summary

Ey yo, chico. Welcome back to the Danish and O'Neill podcast. In this edition of the show, O'Neill discusses his rigorous taekwondo training regimen that he's using to prepare to fight the Puerto Rican Rattlesnake, Luis G. Gomes.
