Well, dude, since the last podcast, the Giants have made a lot of moves, some under the radar. But I guess we should start off with, I don't know if I wanted to play

taps or, I don't know, I wanted to see how you were doing. Julian Love, unfortunately,

is no longer a New York giant. And I kid, because I like Julian Love as well, just joking

because Chris is obviously a big Golden Domer fan. But I love fan too. Yeah, and look, man,

you said it, you said it during the season even.

I don't know if you said it just to me or you said on the podcast.

I know you said it recently that the numbers they were asking for were a little, you know, astronomical.

And it turns out he didn't really sign for that much.

You know, it's kind of like wow we could

have made this work no well we'll start there i'd tell you what jerry i mean i think a lot of people

a lot of players in their agents have misjudged this market this year boy yeah yeah you see guys at

keseki and you got you know signing one-year deals and and that stuff and i tell you jerry it's been a

strange free agent market man it hasn't been what i thought it was going to be yeah you know as far as

as julian goes yeah look i've been telling you for a while that you know that when they spoke

during the buy week you know his side kind of came in with a ridiculous number and yeah but that's

negotiations i get it um but it seems like you know, his side kind of came in with a ridiculous number. But that's negotiations. I get it.

But it seems like, you know, the athletic that they put out of report today talking about

those ridiculous numbers. And he signs, you know, look, I gave it a slight, I think we

both did. We gave it a slight chance of him coming back.

But did not feel they were going to pay two safeties. Because McKinney's the way they're going to go. Yep. And rightly so. And rightly so. Yeah. Shame. Look, they wanted love back. They had a certain number. It probably, from what I understand, Jerry, who's right around the number he got and maybe a little less.

So Julian, you know, the market wasn't there anymore with the Giants.

And, you know, he jumped on a little bit more, whatever was in Seattle.
