Okay, so we're going to talk about walnuts which I had no idea

there were so many different kinds of walnuts I'm kind of excited and no we have

two different kinds here that's how many kinds I turned up well then why are they

in four bowls? Oh because I toasted them and we have raw and toasted.

Got it. Okay. Well we are going to really delve into the nut of the matter.

I really wanted to crack walnuts on this episode and Molly you kindly brought your nutcracker and

a pair of cast a net apparently.
