Obviously everybody knows that the deal that we've been talking about for a couple of months now,

the Fox acquisition. Nobody wants to call this a merger

nobody wants to call this an acquisition because Fox as an entity is still going

to exist it's just selling off these very specific parts to

Disney as it reimagions itself and this is basically a straight stock swap isn't

it Len? Yeah it's all stock So I like the term aqua merger?

Aqua merger, there we go. Heart acquisition,

part merger? Let's go over what Disney gets in terms of film. It's X-Men.

Yep. Fantastic Four. Well, Fantastic Four, I had a friend at Disney reach out to clarify.

It turns out there's a gentleman who actually bought the rights to the Fantastic for from Stan Lee himself for $250,000 back in the late

editors Lee 90s and so Fox has been dealing with this guy. They have the rights to make Fantastic Four movies through this guy?

Oh, so they don't actually own the rights. It's a licensing. Fox is licensing. Yes, but it's one of these

situations where evidently the language of the deal is that Fox has the

exclusive rights with this gentleman to make fantastic for movies.
