1:17.9	What have I been doing? I've been down in London at Part 1 HQ hanging out with Paul and the folks down there had a good time I did
1:24.8	a little freedom run around Bushy Park Run course which was nice. Saturday
1:28.8	morning got up at 4.4 well I've actually got up of Court Pass 4 and got a lift at 445 up to Mansfield Park
1:34.2	run thanks to Paul Frane and Danny for that.
1:36.8	Had a great time Mansfield Park run watching there.
1:39.4	That was a nice course and the team were fantastic and awesome, awesome. And then on
1:43.6	on Sunday had a long run in the morning with my friend Adam Prentiss we knocked out a nice
1:47.1	16 miler at 6 o'clock in the morning and then settled down in front of Berlin.
1:51.2	Oh yeah well we'll come on to the the Berlin
1:54.4	marathon but you've reminded me with your awesome quip. Do you remember that email
1:59.2	we got we got one time about I'm in awe of your awesomeness? Yeah, I just thought it was good to revisit that. I am in

2:09.8	awe of my friends Jocelyn and Dan. Jocelyn was trying to break three hours for the first time.
