I was briefly confused about the name of our own podcast.

Mike, we've only been doing this for, I think this is episode 142 or something like that.

Yeah, I mean, I've occasionally said the name of other podcasts or, you know, and had to

scrub those off.

I was once on stage at the Guthrie Theater years ago and was standing there in a spot on the stage

and realized, I have no idea what time it, where, did I already do this? And I had to, like,

you know, kick the guy next to me, like, what scene is this? so yeah it happens you just kind of you know something

familiar suddenly seems unfamiliar you were standing there like when you opened the fridge and forget

what you got went there to get exactly yes like you you run down into the basement and uh what huh

what yes it was exactly that it was panicky because you know the audience is staring at you. And so I suddenly snapped in. But we had done, you know, it was like eight shows that week. So it was. Yeah. Once you got that. Confusing. Do you think that ever happens to like the sandman at the Apollo? He like, the clown guy comes out with the broom and forgets what he's supposed to do. And it's like, the comedian is like, you're supposed to give me the hook.

Like, that's what you're, what did I come out here for?

Well, we are here today to be the proverbial sandman to the latest book we're reading.

It's the 24th book we've covered here together on the podcast

with all of you listening along. And that book is Artemis by Andy Weir, author of The Martian,

which was made into a Best Picture nominated movie starring Matt Damon. And I think we can

just sort of get right into it today.
