Dr David Maiser who gave grand rounds here at Hopkins this morning it was a

fantastic presentation many of you probably know Dr Maiser's name He's a professor at the University of Toronto and is incredibly well published in many areas most specifically and recently the PI on the tricks 3 trial which was a transfusion trigger in cardiac surgery trial published in the New England Journal, really interesting and gave a great talk about transfusion triggers and about kind of lessons he's learned in his career and life so far that was really well received and so we
