Our Dead Pilot this month is Your Only Young Twice by stand-up comedian Tommy

Jonigan. In addition to his successful stand-up career, Tommy is the creator of the

Roku original show The Holiday Shift, and he has written on Man with a Plan, Call Your Mother,

that 90s show, among others.

Your Only Young Twice is a multi-camera show that was sold to CBS about a couple who become empty nesters at a very young age and are deciding what the rest of their life is going to look

like.

I don't think people realize how hard it is to write these network multicams and have them

have some amount of edge and have

jokes land and have them be good. You can't swear, you're very limited in your subject matter.

It's a real skill and it gets looked down on in this town too often. This is a good multicam and it's
