It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And today is the 4th of February.

Gosh, I feel like January was the longest month of life.

Maybe you didn't feel that way, but I sure did.

It is cold. It is dreary. And the sun does not

shine very often here in western Pennsylvania. So I'm actually really looking forward to

getting out of town this week. I'm going on a business trip. And I'm headed to the new leader

conference in Los Angeles, California for Teen Beachbody.

I get to be one of the featured speakers for this week's event.

And I'm so excited to soak up the California sunshine and to surround myself with people in person because community matters.

Getting to events, whether you are the host of the

event or speaking or just participating, getting to events where you surround yourself with people

who are motivated and driven and are rocking their business is really what helps keep your

soul just on fire for growth. So today I want to talk to you a little bit about the month of January.

And I want to talk a little bit about, gosh, New Year's resolutions.
