It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast.

And it is Tuesday, January the 28th.

And I have no idea why this month feels like the longest month of life.

But it seriously does. But you guys, I am just beyond pumped to have this conversation with you this morning about the one thing

that I keep hearing over and over and over again throughout the month of January. And it is this simple
