Bulging glowing eyes in the dark, a leathery green face, a silhouette standing four feet tall,

wielding a wand. What sounds like the stuff of fairy tales was real life for several citizens

of southwestern Ohio. Did they find themselves face to face

with an amphibious monster or was this story nothing more than frog wash? This
