Then, you will learn some simple massage techniques, and practice them on yourself, to release any stress you're carrying in your feet.

Our feet carry the weight of our bodies each and every day, and we don't always take the time to show them love.

This class is a pampering experience for your feet. Let's begin by stretching the legs out in front of us

and bringing them slightly apart.

You can bring your hands next to your hips or behind you,

and let's begin to circle the feet

in whatever direction you're drawn to.

So as you're circling, spread those toes.

And now reverse directions. And then bring the feet to stillness.

Bringing awareness to your right foot.

We want to circle in such a way that we feel this energy move all the way up into the

We want to squeeze the toes as tightly as you can.

And as you inhale, spread your toes really, really wide, pressing forward through the balls
