You're pointing out that the little green screen, Zach and I, or at least I always try to put a green screen that goes with our guests. And so we've got X3, and that's one of your invention. So we'll talk about that for sure. I just, like I said, I just got them working out. I wanted to do a workout with this more right before I got on with you so I can have a freshen on my one.

But, um, tell us, John, tell us a little bit about your background for those folks that, that aren't familiar with you or your work.

So, uh, I started developing a medical device about 10 years ago, uh, which ended up, it's now called osteostron.

So my mother was diagnosed with osteoporosis.

And so I started just generally looking at what that dysfunction was.

And it's a dysfunction of disuse, right?

So like when you don't work out and you're weak we

don't call that a disease maybe maybe we should because then maybe people pay more attention to it

but so my mother had weak bone density and she was worried about all the challenges that go
